HAZMAT65 IS PROVIDED FREE,
but without any warrantee of any kind.
This program was sold commercially to many clients, until 2006, when John Zorich (its
creator and publisher) stopped consulting in Safety and focused solely on Applied
Industrial Statistics and Medical Device Quality Systems. It has not been updated
since that time. However, the State of California maintains the Prop65 list with
information about which chemical was added or deleted on which date, and therefore
you should have no trouble updating the information in HazMat65.
